Sustainability Policy

Our company is committed to conducting its business activities in a sustainable manner. We recognize that the environment, communities, and cultures surrounding us are essential to the success of our business. Responsible travel is one of our core values; our goal is to maximize the positive impacts tourism can have on individuals and local communities, while minimizing its negative social, environmental, and economic effects.

This policy outlines what we have already achieved, what we are currently doing, and what we aim to accomplish in the future. It defines the fundamental practices of our product development, operations, and external partnerships. For all our employees, it represents an ongoing journey of progress. To this end, we commit to the following objectives:

Compliance with legal regulations and the integration of sustainable development principles into the core practices of our business operations.

Providing equal opportunities for all employees, ensuring that recruitment, working conditions, training opportunities, and promotions are free from discrimination based on place of residence, gender, race, age, disability, ethnicity, religion/belief, sexual orientation, or any other factor.

Promoting sustainability in the destinations we travel to, in cooperation with local businesses.

Reducing our environmental impact by taking all available steps to ensure that our internal office operations are conducted in the most sustainable way possible.

Optimizing our social impact, supporting the livelihoods of local communities, and preventing economic losses associated with tourism.

Providing information, training, and support to our employees and external partners so that everyone can contribute to achieving our sustainability goals.

Offering transparent sustainability information about our products, enabling customers to make informed decisions and choose sustainable travel options.

In Our Office

We ensure that all employees understand our goals and are accountable for implementing our sustainability policy.

We operate exclusively through remote work (home office), thereby significantly reducing waste, water and energy consumption, and pollution.

We purchase local products wherever possible and support small businesses.

We respect our colleagues, value their diversity, and promote their well-being in every possible way.

We share best practices and raise awareness of sustainability among our teams and partners.

We communicate our progress toward sustainability goals at least once a year to both internal and external stakeholders.

Sustainability and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) principles are integrated into company management by a dedicated three-member team composed of a travel coordinator, an administrative assistant, and the CEO. This team meets every 2–4 weeks to ensure alignment, with the CEO actively participating. The travel coordinator oversees sustainable travel planning and coordinates with colleagues, while the administrative assistant highlights sustainability practices in customer communications. Tasks are handled on a project basis rather than being assigned to a single individual.

Our company actively participates in external forums, including the Sustainability Committee of MUISZ, initiated by our CEO, Anna. We play a key role in organizing workshops and educational programs aimed at transforming the travel industry.

On Site (At Destinations)

We prioritize collaboration with locally owned businesses that reflect the local culture (such as hotels, guesthouses, restaurants, artisan shops, and cultural centers).

We drive positive change within our supply chain, monitor our suppliers’ sustainability practices, and share best practices.

We ensure that the trips we organize do not have a negative impact on the environment or society—particularly in sensitive activities involving interactions with animals, children, or remote communities.

We give back to neighboring communities through the support of projects that address local development challenges, promote fair employment opportunities, and enhance overall well-being.

We strive to promote Responsible Tourism within our industry and among stakeholders we work with at our destinations.

We place our clients and guests at the center of our business, helping them make informed and conscious decisions during their travels.
